Plastic Value Pack Cement - 2/Pkg, 0.875oz
CEMENT FOR PLASTIC MODELS is specially formulated for joining all polystyrene plastics. It can be used in the construction of plastic model kits and may also repair many common household products made of polystyrene or ABS plastics. Pre-assembled parts should be joined without cement to ensure proper fit, and any necessary trimming or filing should be done. When cementing painted or plated parts, the paint or plating should be scraped away from the surfaces to be joined. Apply the cement sparingly to one surface and press the parts firmly together.
To avoid glue smudges on areas not to be joined, it is important to AVOID CEMENT ON FINGER TIPS. The cement cannot be removed from these areas and will discolor or "cloud up" clear parts. For clear parts, it is recommended to use 3515C Clear Parts Cement instead.
The product is made in the USA and comes in 2 tubes of 7/8oz each, along with 4 Gluing Tips. It is a flammable product with harmful vapors, so proper precautions should be taken.
